Lamborghini murcielago super car goes green

If you are a big fan of Lamborghini you will be interested to know that Lamborghini Murcielago super car turns into a sustainable car. This Italian green luxury offers now some modifications to finally improve its V12 engine combustion with car becoming lighter.

What is unbelievable is that even with its new retrofitted engine, the Italian super car is still capable of reaching its top speed of 350 kilometers per hour thus planning to reduce its carbon dioxide emissions by 35 per cent.

Carbon dioxide emissions are decreased even in their main factory at Sant Agata Bolognese by installing 17 000 square meters of solar panels on the factory roof with factory cutting emissions by 30 per cent. In addition to this, stop / start system was introduced by Italian car maker with friction reduced.

The super car is reported to emit 495 gram of CO2 per kilometer to reduce their emissions three times from its saloon. There are less than 1500 Lamborghinis sold worldwide with sales falling down. However with all carbon emissions reduction, super cars are still most polluting on the roads. Anyway, if you like driving your super Lambo, it would be more sustainable to drive its green version.
